AEID has published 600 articles in Englih for 2001-2024

IJAEQS has published 100 articles in English for 2004-2009
RSES has published 468 articles for 2001-2024 and it includes 75% of articles in English and 25% in Spanish.
Table 1 shows that the 4 journals have got great success of readership at Ideas.Repec, with high positions (between top 5 and top 111 positons) in the ranking of downloads per item out of around 4500 academic journals of Economics at the international database Ideas.Repec. Only 111 journals out of more than 4500 academic journals have got more than 98 downloads per item. It has been a great success of readership of these interesting journals.
Thanks to collaborators and supporters: The Editor of the journals, and President of the Association, Professor Matia-Carmen Guisan, is grateful to all the supporters of the journals: members of the Editorial Board, authors, subscribers, readers, referees and to the managers of bibliographical databases, because the have contributed to the recognition and disseminations of the interesting contents of the journals.
The journals are focused on international development with the following priorities:
AEID (Applied Econometrics and International Development, in English) on international quantitative studies of growth and development, with main focus on the role of Education and Industry on Economic Development and Quality of Life. The journal usually included the sections: 1. Internatinal Comparisons. 2. Europe and Eurasia. 3. America. 4. Africa and Middle East. 5. Asia and Pacific.
EEDI (Estudios Economicos de Desarrollo Internacional, in Spanish), on quantitative studies of development in Latin American countries, Spain, Europe and the United States, and also with some contents on other areas of the World.
IJAEQS (International Journal of Applied Econometricd and Quantitative Studies, in English). It was a journal focused on econometric methodology applied to international studies.
RSES (Regional and Sectoral Economic Studies, in English and Spanish). The jouranl is focused on regional development of one or more countries, as well as on quantitative studies of production sectors. It has published many articles on European and American countries, and also some articles on regional or sectoral development of African and Asian countries. We have published interesting studies of OECD countries at regional and sectoral level, and also interesting analysis of World development and Quality of Life.
Journals finish publication but we expect a lasting life for disseminarion of their contents. In year 2024 the Editor, Professor Maria-Carmen Guisan, retires of Editorial tasks and the journals will finish publication. We wish a long life of the already published articles for readers at present and in the future. We expect that other Editors, with more energies and financial support, will contribute to foster other journals with similar priorities on applications to economic development and quality of life. Our Association has contributed to this goals for a long period of 24 years, and we are satisfied with that experience.
